WATERCOLOR CLASSES 2013
A Year
of Design & Composition
Fun * Informative * A Wide
Variety of Topics * Step-by-step demonstrations
Students of
all experience levels are welcome * Reference photos
and
sketches provided
For 2013 the emphasis for classes will be Design
and Composition.
This is important
and foundational information.
Understanding design definitely results in better paintings.
There are carefully chosen and exciting topics for each
month, selected to keep you
interested and learning new skills. Students
may duplicate the demonstration painting,
change it somewhat
to make it their own, or bring in their own topic-related
reference
material and work at their own pace.
This year classes will be taught in one-month courses with new
design concepts and
projects each month. Every project will be
adaptable to skill levels beginner to advanced.
First priority will be given to students registering for the entire
month's course, but if
there are openings in a class, students are
welcome to sign up for weekly, partial
classes. Cropped or simpler projects will be
provided for those students.
In addition, for those wishing a more in-depth lesson over a less
extended time, every
month there will be a 2-day workshop with a variety
of new and fun subjects. Click on
'WORKSHOPS' above to see the schedule.
Classes meet
